Protemp is more than just a temperature sensor manufacturer - we are an engineering company with our own workshop that is specializes in tailor-made temperature devices. Instead of standard off-the-shelf solutions, we offer individually designed sensors, that are perfectly tailored to your specific requirements.

Our story - from the idea to the solution

When Matthias Löllmann and Michael Böhme founded Protemp in 1996, one thing was clear to them: standard sensors are often not enough to meet the individual requirements of industry. They heard the following phrase in discussions with their customers over and over again:

"I need it exactly like this - only different."

Their answer? A company that not only sells, a company that customizes, develops and produces. Instead of relying on mass-produced devices, they opted for customized solutions: Each temperature sensor is precisely matched to the customer's application.

We still follow this approach today: from the initial technical consultation to production in our own workshop. As an experienced temperature sensor manufacturer, we supply customized temperature devices. Tailor-made solutions - precise, reliable and tailored exactly to your needs.
